I’m going to take a little Instagram break. I spend way too much time endlessly scrolling and I’d rather be putting that time towards yoga, meditation and other healthy habits ✨

I’ll still be posting to YouTube. I’m enjoying that and have a healthy balance but I can’t seem to find that with Instagram. I always get back to scrolling and spending soooo much time here which distracts me from things I should be doing 🙈
