I wanted to continue to do yoga throughout my pregnancy but a few weeks in my body had other plans.
I had ”morning sickness” (nausea & vomiting) all day every day until about 15 weeks.
I tried to do yoga but the only thing that felt good was laying down so I listened to my body and took it easy 🙏🏻
I thought I’d never get through those rough months but here I am, feeling good and back to normal.
I’ve been doing yoga almost everyday, sometimes twice a day depending on how I feel and it feels so good 😍
It’s great for relaxing, easing stomach tightness and any other aches or pains.
