Hello friends 🙋🏻♀️
This post is pretty much a green smoothie appreciation post 😂It’s one of just a handful of things I could stomach whilst I was sick during the first months of my pregnancy #alldaysickness
Lucky because it’s nutrient rich!
Easy Green Smoothie:
3-4 medium sized frozen bananas
400ml of cold water
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon of spirulina (pineapple flavour)
1 tablespoon greens powder from @pranaon
Add to smoothie cup and blend! It's that easy.
It's very easy to make and tastes so good 😍 Sometimes I’ll add berries, fresh kale, kiwi fruit or even cucumber.
This smoothie is packed full of protein, calcium, iron and so many other vitamins and minerals.
What’s your favourite smoothie?
My favourite smoothie:
3-4 medium sized frozen bananas
300ml of cold water
1 teaspoon of cocao powder
1 tablespoon of @ulu_hye nut mylk.
We don’t need to harm animals, the environment or our health by eating animals and their secretions! We can get everything we need from plants. #thriving 🌱
